Maintenance issues caused by negative pressure
There was a perceived negative pressure in the production facility causing a range of dust migration and maintenance issues.
Conduct a wide-ranging investigation to identify extent and cause of imbalance, but also dust and temperature issues as well as energy reduction opportunities. Involved data logging and mapping areas but also using our food factory knowledge to devise a sensible plan.
The primary cause was identified, and a plan outlined to rectify. Other opportunities for improved dust capture, temperature control, and energy reduction we are also identified and included in a phased strategic plan.
