Excess heat impacting production
In this project the production area equipment was creating excess heat that was impacting the cream injection process onto biscuit products including the Bourbon and Custard Cream ranges. The client, Pladis McVitie’s, required a solution to cool the area.
Heat Stratification Solution
We designed a system that blew in conditioned air at ground level and extracted hot air at the top level, taking an existing Air Handling Unit, repurposing it and adding ductwork.
Effective end solution
Our client was satisfied with the final result that ensured a cool environment for efficient production and worker comfort.
