Our working commitment to you during Covid-19
We have a robust business continuity plan and, if necessary, all of our people are able to work remotely with no interruption to their day-to-day activities or our ability as a business to provide our full range of services. Some of our employees are currently working on client sites and they have been briefed on our guidance but also to adhere to the protocols of the site they are working on, again they all have the tools for remote working if required.
Our staff have been briefed to consider whether on-line meetings or skype meetings would be appropriate rather than a site meeting or visit. However, at this stage we have not applied a blanket ban on attending clients’ sites, instead we will be clarifying the risks of attending with simple questions. In general, our clients are applying the same measures and therefore aligned with our approach.
Our Main Office is not a shared facility and as an engineering consultancy is not subject to high numbers of visitors, those attending for meetings are asked to complete a questionnaire before entering, and we are monitoring the official guidance continuously and briefing our people of any changes.
We have taken these steps to protect our people, our clients, and suppliers, and I would like to assure you our approach will enable us to continue to provide our clients with an outstanding service.
